found out i have a lot of tax to pay :(... I usually save a lot of money back so that i can pay tax but .. meh... I've been using it for other things. lol.

Bad news is I went up 2 tax brackets :( ... that's like almost 3 times the tax I have to pay or something I think.

Good news is I stopped myself from going up another tax bracket by all the bloody deductions from Google Adwords and other expenses lol.. thank goodness I spose.. but then again - omg it's amazing to see just how much I've spent on traffic, content and alike!

Ok, what's so bad about being audited?..... I don't know but I sort of fear it - I did all my tax myself and have everything highlighted and have all the paperwork. Apparently this year, they're targetting my area of work so I hope I don't get into the 0.01% of people who get audited.. that'd SUCK... for some reason

I got new teeth... and a cap put on one of the teeth beside my front teeth.. ridiculously small after they'd been drilled back to the size he wanted...YIKES!!! like someone who lived on coke all their life!!!!

ok this is just a short one.. got lotsa work to do :)

AUSTRALIA DAY 2006 - got plastered the night before to bring in the jolly day.. and then spent most of the actual Aussie day complaining I was too tired to drive to McDonalds for greasy sustinence that was required to help in the relief of a hangover.

Anyways, there were americans in Brisbane.. I think they left today (Friday)... 6000 US Navy ppl incl. 1000 women (who didn't matter to me lol)... and all these guys with hot american accents..... it was great!!!! :). I had 2 apologise for talking to me and asking for my # when they saw me walk over to LB with 2 massive slices of "new york" pizzas.... it was great..... only got one pic though :(.

Not the most attractive leaf in the bunch..... of flowers lol.... but hey - it's the uniform that counts! Mind you I was rather drunk.... when this was taken lol.. it was before I had my 2am pizza ;)

Also, Got my hair foiled... looks hot yeah? lol Took an hr longer than i was expecting lol.. but that's all good cos it was worth it .

That's about it... I slept through Australia Day night from about 4pm hahahaha.. least amt of activity I've had in a day for about 2 months lol.... cricket's boring ... and my massive pillow was sooooooo furry and comfortable (thx IKEA).

OH and this is my puppy :) I can't remember who gave it to me.. bit of a shame.. cos he's sooooo adorable...

yeah found out yesterday that my dog, Maddie had a cyst on her ovary... she also had a urinary tract infection we think came from when she was away on holidays with my mum up north to see my sister a while ago...........

She's been on medication etc for a week... but the vet said we'd need to spay her incase the infection becomes septic - which case, she'll die........... so now.......... I have a dog......... who was perfect for breeding with......... who now can't have babies :(. At least I still have her...

The last time I assisted with having a dog desexed, it was at the same vet - my Principal's Border Collie puppy ... and he .... died under the general anaesthetic within 20 seconds of going under because of a unknown reaction to the anaesthetic...... so as you can guess, yesterday I had the choice to drive up to Kingaroy and help out with my dog being spayed but...... you don't know if you're dog will react badly to anaesthetic until you take them under.......... so, being my dog under the knife..... I didn't want to risk being there and watching her die  she's 12 and ... I would go mental if that happened while I was present..

But hugs and behold, she's ok... and her parents' owner is looking after her while mum's off down the coast meeting a friend for a scheduled holiday :).... unfortunately, we both thought it wouldn't be best for her to endure a 3 hr drive to Brisbane lol......... and at least she'll be among REAL family hehehe.

Over the last month, we've had SOO many thunderstorms here it's getting scary (like a "realistic" example of the Day After Tomorrow haha).

My area in Brissy alone has had about 4 blackouts in the last few weeks. I love storms but they stop me from getting my work done... the laptop battery only lasts so long and working in the dark is apparently not good for your eyes...

If anyone's wondering why i haven't been online as much.......... apart from the fact that the celebrations of Xmas and NYE have just past (btw - HAPPY NEW YEAR!!), it's partially because of the storms lol.

With my birthday coming up this Friday (YAAAAAAY!!!!) I'm hoping it won't rain... if i'm still in the mood for it, i'll get all dressed up nice and pretty  and head into town for a pub-crawl (....visiting many fine establishments who have continued to sell many an ale for.. many a year). All shall be forgotten and i will probably require the following day away from all small screens for my hangover will be... annoying.

honestly, i'm sick of getting hangovers (although the last time i got "plastered" and ended up at a tittie bar... boob bar.. strip club/joint, was NYE lmao.. and I was the only one there who wasn't hungover  )... might just call up a couple of friends and we'll just have a couple of drinks at a pub and then have an early one (like 2am). i'm what the Aussies call - a soft cock. :( yeah i don't have one... not on me at the moment anyway... but... I am one.............. unless I'm in the mood... which is likely when i wake up and realise that I'm "getting on" cos i'm 22

I love this time of year - yet I despise it at the same time.  This is the time of year when my family insists on interfering with my work time.  I've just wasted a lot of the last week - have only worked 3 days out of the 7 because my mother insisted on having me "entertain" her - and I had to take a trip to my hometown to collect my childhood memoirs because my mum's moving from the house she's been in for the last 12 yrs (education department owned) to a unit because there're no longer "school-aged children" residing with her... this is ok - she's been living there for almost 4 yrs without anyone else anyway haha.  I also found out some unfortunate info about my mum - but .. .let's just say that took up 2 of those days and she's much better................

I love xmas shopping but only when I know what to get ppl... I have no idea what to do this year haha.  Xmas day is always awesome though - for the last 6 yrs running, I've been indulging in smorgasbords for xmas lunch/dinner... which ever gets organised... this year, it's at the Hilton.. hope it's good :). Apart from Paris, the Hilton's never disappointed me (boom - oops hahahhahaha)

OK - here's an extra funny thing - if you've listened to me on the Netpond Show before and wondered why for absolutely NO reason whatsoever, I suddenly start laughing my arse off at something... in the middle of conversation.......... this is what LB collated morning while I was talking to SB..... put these two bears (yes the front one is my well hung one ;) ) in his shoe, on a chair, and sat it outside my room and slowly opened the door......... naughty little bugger.... I ended up sitting them up on my table for about a week after that- yes, I even confiscated LB's shoe... and yes, the name of the CD album just to the right IS labelled "Did I Shave...?"

haha I love thunderstorms but some scare the shit out of me... haha.. the wind was so strong we had close to horizontal rain yesterday afternoon!! I was half expecting a tornado or someone's car to fly past me.... or a cow.... I was awake for 8 mins when the power went out.. there was a crack boom  - no time difference between them.. I've never been so deep in a storm before and have always thought it was just artificial studio effects when I saw/heard it in a movie.... wow.  You don't realise how much you miss air-con and the internet.... and electricity until you've lost it right at one of the most inconvenient times of the day....

No - that tree isn't dead and yes, it's started growing leaves and pods again  hahhaha.. we just finished having winter ;)

Melbourne was freakin' AWESOME :)! Met up with Nekrom - he was an absolute hoot! HAHAHAHA.

Here's a couple of pics cos I'm just really in the mood haha.

There were a few american guys at the bar having straight shots of Jagermeister and they thought *I* was nuts... ordering these two drinks haha... they were a bitch to get back to our little table but... damn... worth every drop I spilled hahaha.

These guys danced like they were freakin' drunk I tell ya!! I wasn't the first to notice either hahaa... especially considering me having the same state of soberness hahhaha ... shhh.

Most planes I've been on have been chockers full of ppl and this was just a miracle that we had a spare seat! Not just on the way to Melbourne but also the way back!

ok hahahah.. I called shifty last night and was talking to slaxxx at the same time.... and showed them my teddy.. i love it. isn't it cute!!!

OK - I'm gonna get something off my chest - don't mind me.. skip the post if you have something better to do lmao...  I remember when I was in my senior year and one of my friends had her life verbally and physically threatened while she was at school. She lived in the same street as this gang of druggos who had dropped out of school several years before... I'm guessing because they just didn't see the point to an academic future and they usually came to school and just smoked cigarettes on the oval or got high anyway... "wagged" class...

Anyways, I don't know exactly what she did... but heard down the line she'd called one of the girls in the group a "slut" (which was actually quite valid anyway as she was known to be one of the town bikes lol) and also managed to get her expelled from school for smoking pot on the oval. 

Her 19 yr old big sister and her 4 oversized brothers came into the school grounds (trespassing) during the lunch break and managed to corner my friend into one of the heavily shrubbed recreational courtyards of the school and start telling her she has no right to do all the things she did and blah blah blah... I didn't really listen, I was actually being cornered along with her and one of my 15 yr old friends at the time. I'd been doing taekwon do for probably 1.5 yrs so knew a little bit but kinda panicked when everything happened..

The brothers stood between my friend and me and about 5 seconds later the bitch launched at my friend and started choking her. I couldn't push passed the guys.. I watched her start going purplish... the choking sounds she made... shutters me... I remember actually grabbing one of the thumbs of the girl and bending it towards the back of her hand (it's pretty painful if you try it yourself) and pushed her away... how I got passed the boys, I can't remember... When I did get through the brothers, I don't know what their deal was but they didn't like come charging in at me or anything.. it's like they knew the LAW but only chose to follow ones that directly incriminate themselves... They all ran off when the first teacher was running to us, the girl yelled out "i'll fucking kill you bitch" to my friend... I remember that because I mentioned it in the report I gave to the cops.  It took over 20 seconds to actually get a teacher there.. and she didn't know what she was doing.  Even thought they're only seconds of time, every second is quite critical in situations like this, IMO. I don't remember everything that happened and everything that was said because I've gone over it so many times in my head, I've made up alternative scenarios of what could have happened if there was noone there...

It was just pretty traumatic for me considering my schooling life had always been so placid up until that point... I'd practised the "what if" situations with my training, but never actually had something serious happen to prepare myself.. Sometimes too much adrenaline freezes muscles, sometimes it makes you superhuman.... for me... my head just raced around with the "omg, she's gonna kill her - do something  you dozy tart" repeating itself and I felt physically helpless for like 10 seconds - trust me, that's a LOT of time. It was all just so surreal!

My friend had really bad finger-mark bruising around her neck and got a few days off school - with supervision from her mum... Everyone knew the girls' family and she wasn't far from the school when the cops picked her up and took her in for qtning. Strange.. because *I* was friends with that psycho bitch too at one stage...

OK I feel better now  ......well.. *I* do but my teeth are being a bunch of wankers tonight - ouch.

ok, have no idea what i'm going to get up to for xmas day - probably something with my grandmother because... well.. everyone else's going up to Yeppoon to see my sister and bro-in-law (we're talking about 1.5 hr flight.. like 8 hr drive minimum lol) so instead, I want to stay in Brisbane... going to have lunch with grandmother probably but i'm having dinner with LB's family - like a freakin' buffet!! the only way to have xmas is on an over-filled stomach ;) !!

Also.. LB gave me a trip to Melbourne for xmas :) found out this afternoon when I woke up - how freakin' awesome... 5 star hotel, few days of doing nothing but drinking piss (aka alcohol) and eating steaks and oysters... mmmmm.... 2.5 weeks to go!!!  I love surprises.... and having the itinerary sheet sitting on my desk with "merry xmas"... etc written on it... woo-fucking-hoo!

ok.. so after lying there for a small 1 hr session, I finally got my braces in.....

I've been chewing gum since and they're starting to hurt :( sucks.. but hey, can't do much about it... It's amazing how it's such a small part of the body, yet it interrupts everything I do - talking, eating, working... I've been getting distracted trying to make sure I chew the gum and waiting for it to stop being so tight :(.... My gums don't like it haha.. but that's ok.. I look like a teen chick with them.. even had the guys at the video store trying to talk to me more.. and the guy at the bottle-o (pleaaaase, it's not likely i'll be able to make it through tonight without a little "anaesthetic" with this constant pain and discomfort) asked me for ID!!! I've been going there for like 2 yrs now and I still got asked lol..... teen porn site here I come hahahhaa. ............. not.

LMAO sorry about the lazy eye but hey - bugger off hahaha.. I'm tired... and it just sits that way when I get tired.

ok.. so I REALLY BADLY want one ey! But not really for xmas - I want it NOW.... it'll be my main inspiration to go to the gym.. I've only been going once a week lately - lazy bitch. It would help because I don't have much media stimulus when I'm there... just read a magazine while I'm on a bike - the rest of the time is hands-on and an mp3 would be very handy - no puns intended.... I love music and love working out, working, mowing, vacuuming and cooking to music.. I live with music everywhere...

I HAVE NO IDEA where to start with them.. dont really know what a good price is for them either... I know I want mp3,wma and FM playback capabilities and 256Mb + ... I have over 700 songs on my winamp playlist but.. don't listen to all of them lol....  I've looked on Ebay but I'm not totally sure about the safety considering the 3 I thought were great are originally in Hong Kong.. so... what the? I bought a hair straightener off Ebay but that doesn't mean that everyone is trustable.... there are dodgy fockers out there... btw the FM is for the tv screens @ the gym - they have different channels running and the sound runs through FM radio stations.. It'd be nice to watch Frasier or the Simpsons with a little sound y'know lol.

Creative's pretty expensive and IMO is just priced for brand... not that I know.. lol.  I have a wholesaler for all my comp gear but they only supply a small variety of mp3 players..
